We are a Chicago-area manufacturing company looking to build a 53,000-square-foot facility in Chicagoland. Founded in 2010, this will be our fourth manufacturing facility. We've teamed up with a small group of experts to develop a modern, energy-efficient building and prove that a path to zero can make economic sense.

Our team is committed to achieving near-net-zero emissions, recognizing the complexities and challenges involved in reaching total net zero. Given current technological limitations, we want to acknowledge outright that complete net zero may not be immediately attainable for this project. Still, we are dedicated to implementing innovative strategies and technologies to minimize our environmental impact as much as possible. Through a holistic approach encompassing sustainable design, energy-efficient systems, and responsible construction practices, we aim to come as close as feasible to net-zero emissions. Our journey reflects a sincere commitment to environmental stewardship and pursuing a more sustainable future.
